HOW DO I BOOK INTO CLASS?
You have 2 options here.Â
Option 1 - Click the Plans & Pricing tab at the top of the Homepage and choose your class.
Option 2 - Scroll down the Homepage and click onto the class you want to take. Then, just follow the instructions and you're in.

I'M NEW TO EXERCISE. CAN I TAKE PART IN A CLASS?
It's great that you are starting your fitness journey and one of the best things about classes at YHR is that they are suitable for all. As a fitness professional I will always offer variations in all my classes I teach.
I AM RETURNING TO EXERCISE FOLLOWING SURGERY, CAN I TAKE PART IN A CLASS?
I would always recommend that you seek medical advice, for a personal consultation, before you step back into a class, or any form of exercise. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
I'VE RECENTLY GIVEN BIRTH AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN TO EXERCISE, WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?
Your safety and well-being is my number one priority, so I would recommend that you seek the advice of your doctor or midwife – as they will know all about your medical history and give you the best placed advice.
Should you be given the all-clear and are able to participate in a class of any kind, make sure you chat to your instructor first, so that they can suggest some pregnancy modifications to keep you safe.
